Jim DiIlon founded Caxn Media in 2014 and has over 10 years experience in the video production industry. Prior to shifting his career to video production, Jim’s career started in the tech industry in 2001 working for various tech and software companies as well as managing a small team at a successful internet startup. Since refocusing his career towards content creation in 2010, Jim has developed extensive experience in all aspects of video production including lighting, filming, audio engineering, editing, script writing and even music scoring. Having worked both on his own and in an office environment managing a team of video producers and editors, Jim is well equipped to thrive in all types of business environments.

In 2019, he became an FAA Part 107 Certified drone pilot and also has a lot of experience with 360 video as well as time lapse photography, including construction time lapse projects lasting almost 2 years.

Jim thoroughly enjoys taking an initial idea or concept and molding it into a fully polished product that clients can use to promote their own businesses and meet their goals.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, writing and recording music, hiking, camping and most recently Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
